The Company’s channel group includes affiliates of NBC, CBS, ABC, CW and My Network TV, and reaches approximately 6% of all U.S. television households.

Central Illinois' News Center is the NBC affiliate for Central Illinois. In addition to popular NBC programming such as Medium, ER and The Office, Central Illinois' News Center features top programs including Rachel Ray, Dr. Phil, Oprah and Seinfeld.
This station, formerly UPN, is operated by WEEK under a sales service agreement with Four Seasons, LLC. WAOE is the MyNetwork affiliate for Central Illinois. WEEK produces a two hour local morning newscast called News 25 Express as well as News 25 at 9pm on My59 each weekday. WAOE also has a popular block of court shows including Judge Judy.
This new digital side channel is a 24/7 local news and weather provider that began operation in July of 2007.
WHOI-TV, Peoria/Bloomington’s ABC affiliate, is operated by WEEK under an SSA with Barrington Broadcasting. WHOI features popular ABC programming including Dancing With The Stars and Grey’s Anatomy along with some of the strongest syndicated programs including Ellen and The Doctors.
CW4, operated under an SSA agreement with Barrington Broadcasting, is Central Illinois’ home for distinctive and popular CW network programming such as Gossip Girls, Smallville and America’s Top Model.

Range 11 is a satellite station of NBC 6 located in Chisholm, Minnesota. My 9 is the Northland’s My Network TV affiliate. Programming includes: Family Guy, TMZ, WWE Smackdown, Minnesota Wild Hockey and the Minnesota State High School Tournaments. My 9 broadcasts on digital channel 6-2 in the Duluth/Superior area and digital channel 11-9 on the Iron Range.
Northland’s NewsCenter NOW was the first 24 hour news and weather station in the Duluth-Superior market. It features an “L-bar” that contains constantly updated weather conditions and five day forecasts for cities around the Northland. Northland’s NewsCenter NOW broadcasts on digital channel 6-4 in the Duluth/Superior area and digital channel 11-4 on the Iron Range.
WBNG is the CBS affiliate for the Binghamton Market which serves the Southern Tier of New York State as well as the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. WBNG’s Action News has been the dominant news leader since its inception and currently delivers more hours of weekly news than all the competitive news operations in the market combined. WBNG is the news and ratings leader, but WBNG is also a leader in the community. WBNG sponsors many important community events and initiatives every year and their public affairs segment of news, called Around the Tiers, provides valuable and informative news and public affairs interviews.
